WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Post Nation is seeking a reliable, knowledgeable, customer - centric individual that is looking to grow within our company. Our Customer Satisfaction Associate will provides world-class customer service to all customers by assisting them with their shipping, mailing, packaging and printing needs. Customer Satisfaction Associates provides expert advice to our customers on our shipping and full business suite of services through our shipping and mailing business partners
 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Represent Post Nation in a professional manner when servicing with customers
  • Assess customers' needs and offer resources and suggestions as needed
  • Work with Point-of-Sale systems (POS) and processing payments, operates equipment, software and devices
  • Collaborate with other team members and management
  • Use up-selling techniques recommend best products/services to customers in order to increase store sales
  • Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
  • Perform quality assurance check-up on all store signage and merchandising for accuracy
  • General maintenance and restocking of the store before opening, throughout the day and after closing
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong computer skills a must. Preferred skills: Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite / Canva Software
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to lift 40+ pounds and stand on your feet for 8-9 hours per day
  • Willing and able to work 25 to 40 hours per week including one (1) weekend day
  • Must be able to pass a Post Nation Background Check (BGC)
  • 5-Panel Drug Screening

WORK AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENTS: 

United States Work Authorization is Required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $15.00/hour
